Congratulations! You have discovered an unique website.  A combination of sound nutrition advice and Christian music therapy is available to you to help you manage and improve lifestyle choices? Keep in mind, this is not a one size fits all approach.  What may work for you may not work for the next person so it is my goal to understand your individual needs, your personality and your body make-up in order to offer more realistic and personal solutions to your nutrition and health concerns. Changing your lifestyle is a process and usually cannot be accomplished in one visit.  You can get started by scheduling an appointment and learning how to set goals that are realistic for you. Relax, eat and watch your world change.

Mentoring...one meal at a time.

Soaking to Christian music entails devoting your time daily to finding a comfortable place to relax, playing music created by a born-again Christian, allowing the busyness of your thoughts to quieten down, inviting the Holy Spirit to soak you in His presence, praying and surrendering yourself (mind, body, & soul) to God, focusing on God's presence within you, resting in faith, believing He is working in you, taking your time, and observing as God changes you and the world around you. ctfministries.com

Initial consultations & follow-up visits are available by appointment for $60 per hour. Questions answered via email and telephone can be scheduled as well and the cost is the same.  Please understand that nutrition is a growing science and my network of dietitians stay up-to-date by researching the latest findings of studies done in the United States and abroad.

Home visits are available for an additional fee based on location and family meal observations are usually key to understanding eating habits of an individual (recordings of meal times are quite helpful).

Also available: dining decor ideas, table ettiquette demonstrations and food safety training.
